Reset password

Here you can find out how to reset your password, as this process is required for your first login in order to be able to use the new portal. You will be asked to reset your password by e-mail when you log in for the first time. The password can be reset at any time on request.

1. Go to the website www.sigvaris.com. Pay attention to your country flag
   at the top right and adjust it if it does not correspond to your country.
2. Click on the “To the business portal” button at the top right
3. The login card opens. Click on “Forgot password”.
4. A “Reset password” field opens. Enter your e-mail address and click on “Send”
5. You will then receive an e-mail asking you to set a new password.
   Please follow the instructions in the e-mail and log in again.

Configuration of a series stocking

1. Make sure that you are logged in.
2. Go to the top navigation bar of the page. There you will find the
   product range, which you can order via the Businessportal.
3. Select the desired product line from the list. An overview of all available models will open. Click on the desired model.

The stocking configurator will open. The model can also be customized there

Please configure the parameters successively from top to bottom.
You can reset the stocking configuration by clicking on “Reset selected options”.

1. When you have finished configuring the stocking, place it in the shopping cart and click on “Add to cart” at the bottom of the page
2. The shopping cart tab will open. You now have 2 options:

• You continue with another stocking configuration by closing the tab of your shopping cart.
• You proceed to the checkout by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”. Your shopping cart will open.

Size determination

Would you like to determine a size based on your measurements? Then you will find the size chart in the stocking configurator.

1. select the desired product range, e.g. Phlebology - Essential - Comfortable - Calf stocking

2. click on “Size determination”

3. Enter the respective measuring points, e.g. for calf sock lD, cD, cB and click on the button Size determination

4. You will then receive the series size proposal for the selected product

Size chart

1. You will find the size chart on the respective product detail page.
2. Click on “Size chart” and a graphic with the size chart of the selected product will open

Complete order

You have completed the stocking configuration and would now like to complete the purchase.

1. Click on “Shopping cart” in the navigation bar at the top right of the website.
2. The tab of your shopping cart will open.
3. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button at the bottom.
4. The checkout page opens. It shows the product overview of the items you wish to purchase. Next to each product you will find important information such as sizes, article numbers, Pharmacodes, PZN, etc...
5. Optionally, enter a note in the Customer reference field. Then continue to the delivery address.

Complete your purchase

Continue down to the bottom of the shopping cart to complete your purchase. Accept the terms and conditions and click on “Complete purchase”.

Quick product search

You will find the product quick search at the top right of the website. Click in the “Search” field and enter an article number, a keyword, a product name, a PZN number, etc. in the field "Article number & further product reference".

You will find article numbers and other product references:

• Next to each product in your shopping cart
• Next to each product in your order history
• In the stocking configurator when you have completed the configuration:

Quick order

You know the product references of an item and would like to reorder it quickly? Click on the “Quick order” button at the top right of the website. A bar will open. Enter the reference of the desired item and select the item in the overview. Click the “Add to shopping cart” button.
