SIGVARIS Basic Fitter Seminar
"Compression Therapy and Its Application in the Management of Venous Disease"
This course is designed to certify fitters in measuring, fitting and selecting the appropriate compression garment for complications related to vascular disease. The class will provide an overview of the basic principles of vascular anatomy as well as explore clinical features and the pathophysiology of the disease. The instructor-led workshops will deliver in-depth knowledge on measuring, fitting and donning, as well as explore the full line of SIGVARIS product offerings. The course will conclude with a discussion of smart business tactics, successful marketing tips and the principles of effective merchandising.

All professional seeking to gain a basic understanding of vascular disease, how to measure, fit, and select the appropriate compression garments for specific disease indications.

BOC - 8.0 CE Hours
Must attend entire program to receive credit; minimum exam score of 80 required for certification.
