  • Driving project realization, implementation and operation of innovative business solutions using state-of-the-art technology.
  • Working between the business organisations and global IT to find the best solution for a given problem or task. In particular, providing the expertise to define and document solutions on a system engineering and architectural level - e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network - and security setup.
  • Responsible to ensure a seamless handover from project to operations and "business as usual".

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Proven experience in design and conception of solutions in complex enterprise cloud environments - in Cloud network and infrastructure configurations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies and services
  • Experience in building, deploying, and supporting Azure based environments and on-premise Active Directories
  • Knowledge of security engineering principles across the whole-of-cloud environment including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
  • Knowledge of using virtualization concepts (both classic virtualized infrastructure and container-based applications)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, knowledge in German and/or French is a plus

  • Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of integration solutions based on Azure Integration Services.
  • Perform regular Middleware architecture reviews and assessments to ensure best practices are followed where security, scalability and reliability are concerned.
  • Participation in the technical evaluation and conception of the overall middleware strategy.

Your qualifications

  • Degree in the field of Computer Science / Information Technology with several years’ experience
  • Strong experience, at least 3 years as senior backend developer / tech lead, designing and developing custom enterprise solutions (including middleware) and microservices as well.
  • Proven projects’ experience, as senior backend developer and Tech Lead, with Microsoft development technologies, Azure data technologies and Azure integration services
  • Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing cloud environments with Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Data Factory, API management) or Microservices, for interacting (i.e., connect to and consume Azure and third-party services) with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems (e.g., D365 F&O, SYSPRO), CRM systems... and using data technologies (e.g., Data Lake, SQL databases) for retention and transactions tracking.
  • Experience developing using C#, .Net framework and Visual Studio Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience dealing with Data technologies, such as Data Lake, Microsoft SQL platforms, Elastic, MS-SQL, …

Your responsibilities

  • Support Business Owners with requirements definition and overall backlog prioritization, support third-party partners with estimation and planning 
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. 
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, working with Local Admins to coordinate and test releases. 
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations 
  • First & Second line support for incidents and service requests pertaining to eBusiness tools and solutions 
  • Participates in cross-functional CRM / ERP activities 
  • Defines the operating procedures and ensures their correct understanding and application by the various local actors 
  • Implements the CRM configuration, customization and developments (third parties) 
  • Monitors system availability, performance, access controls, malfunctions, provides solutions and validates the response provided
  • Create, update and maintain user and technical documentation for tools and solutions 
  • Stay current and up-to-date on the evolution of the CRM tools and solutions, evaluate new and upcoming releases 
  • Coordinates and lead local administrator meetings, share knowledge and experience with this group 

Your qualifications

  • Degree in the field of computer science (or equivalent in experience). 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Consultant. 
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering Salesforce solutions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Experience with Veeva is a plus. 
  • Strong data management abilities, including knowledge of database principles, structures and SQL queries 
  • Demonstrated experience using Data Analytics & Reporting tools (E.g. Excel, PowerBI) 
  • Demonstrated experience with being part of or managing Agile projects using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar 
  • Salesforce.com Admin certified and/or Veeva ‘White Belt’ Certification is a plus.
