Organisational structure

SIGVARIS BRITAIN LTD is the subsidiary of the SIGVARIS Group, the parent company being SIGVARIS HOLDING AG, and has business operations in the United Kingdom, the Group having business operations worldwide. We operate in the Healthcare sector, and all goods sold by us are manufactured by our own Group companies. For more information about the Company, please visit our website:

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include the following:

  • Whistleblowing policy – to ensure privacy and legal compliance for employee reporting
  • Staff code of conduct – to ensure ethical and professional behaviours
  • Annual Training - to staff around modern slavery

Due Diligence

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, we carry out internal supplier reviews on an annual basis.

Risk and Compliance

We do not consider that we operate a high-risk environment because our suppliers are Group owned companies with strict modern slavery policies in place.
