We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include the following:
- Whistleblowing policy – to ensure privacy and legal compliance for employee reporting
- Staff code of conduct – to ensure ethical and professional behaviours
- Annual Training - to staff around modern slavery
Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, we carry out internal supplier reviews on an annual basis.
Risk and Compliance
We do not consider that we operate a high-risk environment because our suppliers are Group owned companies with strict modern slavery policies in place.
