March 6th is World Lymphedema Day

SIGVARIS advocates for the global movement to raise awareness with hopes of finding cures for lymphedema and lymphatic diseases.

In 2016, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bill establishing March 6 as World Lymphedema Day (WLD). The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates more than 170 million people worldwide suffer from lymphedema.
