Shipping and Warranty

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse endeavours to ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days, and the carriers we use then deliver as quickly as possible, which will vary depending on geography.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Sigvaris Group Canada only ships within Canada. However, we have presence in many markets. Please select your location from the top right section of our website and contact the nearest market to you.

What is the shipping cost?

For direct-to-consumer orders on our website, we charge a $5 fee to ship anywhere in Canada for all orders under $100.  For larger orders, shipping is on us!

What is your warranty?

Sigvaris guarantees the compression in our garments for 6 months of everyday wear.  We also recommend the product is used within 5 years from the original production date.  Sigvaris does not provide a warranty for wear and tear.  Should you have further concerns regarding wear and tear, please contact us at canadacares@sigvaris.com
