Time to Care — Time to Empower

Meet our high-quality inelastic compression wraps with innovative designs to accommodate various disease states and improve quality of life.

At Sigvaris, we believe effective care is not just about healing - it’s about restoring dignity, autonomy and confidence in every patient. That’s why our inelastic compression wrap solutions: COMPREFLEX and COOLFLEX are changing how compression therapy is delivered - reducing application time, enabling self-care, and improving outcomes for wearers and healthcare professionals.

Smarter Compression That Respects Your Time

Across the NHS, high patient-to-nurse ratios are a leading cause of burnout(1). In fact, over 60% of nurses report feeling too overwhelmed to provide the quality of care they aspire to(2). Our inelastic wraps offer a practical way forward—typically taking only 5 to 10 minutes to apply. That’s a 66% time saving compared to traditional 4-layer bandaging systems(3,4).

By enabling easier application and self-management, these wraps reduce the frequency of nurse visits(5) while still delivering consistent therapeutic compression. The result? Time is freed up for clinicians—and patients gain independence.

Innovation That Works With You

Both COMPREFLEX and COOLFLEX offer adjustable compression from 20-50mmHg in a single wrap. Both have adjustable pressures monitors that allows healthcare professionals to tailor treatment as the wearer needs evolve. Both garments provide visible guidance for accurate and consistent compression, helping both clinicians and wearers to monitor and maintain therapy standards with confidence.

The design is discreet and comfortable, allowing patients to wear their compression wraps under clothing, shoes, or even trousers, without compromising fit or function. Moisture-regulating, fast-drying, and machine-washable, our materials are chosen to be gentle on skin and easy to maintain.

COMPREFLEX and COOLFLEX range

Inelastic compression wraps are available in multiple sizes and lengths, and compatible with a variety of liners—from non-compressive to graduated options with compression zones. For patients needing additional circumference, strap extenders are available, and AccuTabs® can also be purchased separately.

In lymphoedema, Sigvaris wraps can reduce volume effectively and improve limb shape. They also help maintaining appropriate measured compression pressure, reducing pain & feeling of heaviness, increasing mobility, improving skin appearance.

In venous leg oedema and leg ulcer, we see improved venous return thanks to a high static stiffness index, effective reduction of edema and pain, rapid healing rate of the ulcer as well as improved integrity & density of the skin.
