Step 1: FIND YOUR OLD GARMENT
Got an old pair lying around? We’ll accept any compression garment — branded, generic or non branded, or even your well-worn Sigvaris. Damaged or stretched out? No problem.
Step 2: REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
Fill out our form with your contact and compression garment details. Providing this information will help our team to quickly process the trade-in and get your new compression garment on the road soon. It only takes a few minutes to complete!
Step 3: WE'LL BE IN TOUCH
Within 24–48 hours after you register, our team will get in touch with you by phone or email. We’ll confirm your eligibility, explain how the trade-in works in more detail, and answer any questions you may have so you feel confident about the process.
Step 4: SEND IT IN
We’ll provide you with clear instructions on how to send your old garment. Simply package your old garment, pop it in the post or drop it off, and we’ll take care of the rest.

No proof of purchase is required. As long as you have a garment to trade in, you qualify for the discount.

Q: My garment is damaged or very old. Will you still accept it?
Yes! We’ll accept garments in any condition — stretched, worn, faded, or even damaged. The goal is to help you upgrade to something that supports you better.

Q: Is this promo available at my local retail pharmacy?
Yes! You can join the Trade and Save program when you purchase a new Sigvaris garment at full price from any of our partnered retailers during the campaign period (1 September – 30 November 2025).
After your purchase, simply complete our online trade-in form with details about your old garment. We’ll review your submission, confirm your eligibility, and provide up to 30% cashback based on the garment you trade in.

Q: What happens after I register?

Q: How do I send in my old garment?
We’ll provide you with a return label or drop-off details to our fitting centre in West Melbourne. Just package your garment and send it to our team. We'll handle the rest.

Q: Do I have to wait until you receive my old garment before I get my new one?
No at all. Once your trade-in is confirmed and processed, your new Sigvaris garment will be sent to you straight away. You won’t be left waiting without proper support.

Q: Can I trade in more than one garment?
Unfortunately, no. Due to high volume of enquiries and interest, each customer can only trade in ONE garment under the Trade & Save program. If you’d like to purchase additional compression garments, your discount will only apply to the one linked to your trade-in, while retail pricing applies to any extra purchases.

Q: How long will it take to receive my new garment?
After your trade-in is confirmed and processed, your new garment will be shipped directly at your doorsteps. Standard delivery times apply, usually within 2–5 days, depending on your location.
Please note that for custom-made garments, this may take 15-18 days.

Q: Can I use my discount both online and in-store?
You won’t need a discount code. Once your trade-in is confirmed, our team will process your order for you and apply the correct discount based on your trade-in garment. This ensures you receive the right savings without having to do anything extra.
