Sigvaris compression garments are medical-grade products designed to support circulation and lymphatic health.

Because of this, correct product selection and use is important for achieving the best possible outcome.
Orders
Orders may be placed through our website, approved business ordering channels, or approved account arrangements including approved distributor, pharmacy or clinical ordering arrangements.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sigvaris.
Sigvaris reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order
- Cancel orders where necessary (i.e. due to stock availability)
Once an order has been placed and processed, it may not always be possible to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Pricing
- All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Prices include GST unless otherwise stated
- Prices, product availability and specifications may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will not apply to confirmed orders.
Payment
- Consumer purchases made via the website require payment at the time of checkout.
- Approved business customers and account holders may purchase in accordance with agreed account and payment terms.
- If payment issues occur, Sigvaris may delay dispatch, suspend supply, or cancel an order until payment has been successfully received, or account matters are resolved.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and subject to product availability.
- Shipping and delivery charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated, included as part of an approved business account arrangement, or confirmed as part of a promotion or agreed supply arrangement.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier services, stock availability, product lead times or factors outside our control.
- Certain products may be discontinued, supplied on demand, or subject to extended lead times due to product availability or supply arrangements.
- Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
- Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify Sigvaris Customer Support within seven (7) days of receipt if there are any shortages, incorrect supply or delivery issues.
- Certain institutional, funded or high-value orders may require Proof of Delivery (POD).
Clinical Nature of Compression Garments
Compression garments are medical products that work best when:
- Correct measurements are taken
- The appropriate product is selected
- The garment is worn and cared for according to instructions
Because every individual is different, individual outcomes may vary.
Sigvaris cannot be responsible for outcomes where:
- Incorrect measurements are provided
- The wrong product is selected
- The garment is not used as intended or instructed
We strongly recommend working with a healthcare professional or therapist where appropriate.
Returns, Exchanges & Fit Reviews
Returns and exchanges are subject to the Sigvaris Shipping & Returns Policy.
Key points include:
- Unworn ready-to-wear products may be eligible for return within approved timeframes
- Fit or comfort concerns should be raised promptly
- All returns require prior approval before sending goods back
- Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their clinical nature
- Unless a product is confirmed as faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise approved by Sigvaris, customers are responsible for all shipping, freight and postage costs associated with returns, exchanges and re-shipping.

Product Warranty & Faults
Sigvaris products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for six (6) months from invoice date, subject to proper use, care and handling.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your product is faulty, we may request:
- Photos of the product, including labels and tags
- A description of the issue
- Supporting information where required including order, batch where relevant
Following review, Sigvaris may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund, credit or exchange where appropriate
Each case is assessed individually based on the nature of the issue.
